Dormant Accounts

An hbd999 account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. hbd999 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance of a dormant account. If the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Voluntary Closure
